Email Contacts Extractor App Reviews

Simple and does what it says

I am shifting to a new ISP and needed to list all the contacts so I could decide which contacts I needed to inform of my new email or let go. I had 14,960 emails and it extracted the name and email address of 1260 contacts in a few minutes. From list I opened the CSV file in excel and it was a much easier task because of this app. Worth the price.

Did the job but a bit pricey

Worked perfectly. I searched for what I thoiught should be an easy way to export an email list fom Mail and came up short. This did the trick.

$20 May Seem Steep...

…but if you value your time, and do not keep up on adding emails to a contacts list, this is SUPER helpful. Was in the middle of an email migration, and was wondering what I would do without a contact list for the past 3 years. Started going through EVERY. EMAIL. FROM. THE. PAST. 3. YEARS. and adding the sender to my contact book. After 25 minutes, and being halfway through people with the last name starting with ‘A’, I figured #*@& it, there has to be a better way. Downloaded the lite version (highly recommended. try it before you buy it). Tested the product. Loved it. Shelled out $20. Haven’t looked back. AND YOU CAN TOO!

This software worked… but...

I can not really complain. The software worked well on my Macmail email boxes. It sorted out names, domain names, and email addresses. However, if you apply it to your own email box which may be full of spam, and personal contacts - well, have fun editing. For me, 90% was business contacts, maybe more, and so it was worth the one time payment. Honestly, I could not find anything else that would have done the job as well for the price. Thanks to the programmers for working through the problems the way they did.

Terrific … and fast

This little program is epic! Especially with the work around for extracting email addresses from a specific folder in MacMail. It went through 35,000 emails in seconds and removed all duplicates as well. What could be better?!
