Was using AppleScript for years to extract email addresses from Mac Mail but I’m no expert at scripting. I must of had to update the AppleScript code half a dozen times over the years. I could get it done but I ripped out half my hair. This product was beyond easy to use and well worth the price.

I tried the lite version and bought right away the premium one. The app does exactly what it says and works like a charm. there is also a blacklist filter to avoid exctracting fake spam email addresses or unwanted ones. Congrats to the dev, this is an amazing app and despite the price (a bit pricey for such a small app), I am very happy I bought it. 5 stars, no questions asked.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. - localy grab ALL email & names from my Outlook email instance across all folders - no connectivity needed - take out duplicates - save the results in a CSV file which I can upload to my devices Easy to use, quick and accurate. $9.99 well spent!

First, the price is right. I was looking at an Extractor program for over $100 without the flexibility to organize addresses. My goal was to breakdown when the correspondence took place so I had to create separate mailboxes for each month. The downside to this program is I found that it crashed after 100 email addresses or so.. I then had to break down the month into thirds and it seemed to work fine. It was easy to locate the files and copy/paste from Numbers into Mac Mail. So overall… Im happy with the app. Thanks!

Not a bad little app, though it couldn’t do what I needed it to do, which was extract email addresses with first name and last name from the body of emails generated by a form. Wasn’t able to isolate specific subfolders in the Mail folder so having to fish out email from the entire output of my mail program, which resulted in 7,000 + contacts.

in 60 seconds I was able to extract all email addresses from my apple mail!. Really amazing!

I really needed something like this to build a list of emais, this app did a perfect job extracting the emails and putting them in the right format. Well done!

This is the best and easiest way to farm out all the email addresses in your MS Outlook for MAC o/s - all in just a few minutes. Good job !

I tried a bunch of windows based apps that basically didn’t work. Then Email Contact Extractor came to the rescue and this was by far the fastest and easist to use. Just configure the email acount into your Mac mail, then select the folder you want to pull emails from and about 15 seconds later I have 2000 emails I needed from my inbox.

This app is great to organize a mailing list it works wonders, fully recommended.

I really like this app, I was looking at a few options (1 web based, another desktop based, and this one). I have a macbook air and run MacMail. The setup was easy, creating a new box, pointing this app to the directory etc. was a piece of cake. The big reason I chose this one over others 1. Price; 2. It was able to extrat names as well. The other desktop client did not extract names but the online one did. What I do like about this product in particular is that it’s unlimited, the online version of a product I was looking at gives you a limit. I would like to see an update of this also scrape the bodies of the emails as well. Right now it breaks it down to Emails - Name in CSV file. The next one (hint hint Hermes) should have Name - Email Sender- Body of Email :) In summation - Great product :)

Great app, had a problem with the previous version but Hermes was quick to fix it and gave a superb support. Highly recommend!

This app does: 1. EXACTLY what it says it will do 2. Is extremely easy to use 3. Saved me hours/days - I had just over 36,000 emails and started going through them one by one to get the email addresses from each of them. Then I wondered if there was an app that would do the work for me. I was surprised to find one that advertised that it did this (this app). It was a gamble because it costs $20 but I thought it was worth the risk. The app advertises that it will extract the addresses in minutes - but for me, it completed the task in under 30 seconds. I pulled up the file it created and it was exactly what I needed and what the advertisement said it would do. This was the best $20 I have ever spent and this is one of the very very few reviews I ever make for an app that I have purchased. In short - if you’re looking for an app that will extract the email addresses from the messages in your mail app - without any doubt in the world, I can tell you that by purchasing this app - it will be the best $20 you will ever spend. The app is easy to use, and support for my specialized needs came quickly via email. It saved me days of work and is worth every penny of the price. I extracted from Entourage, Outlook, and Mail files. Bravo!
